Highly disappointed!

I am really ****ed off with Takealot So I ordered items and I couldn’t cancel the order, I was advised I need to wait for the delivery to be cancelled as I can not cancel an order that is not yet shipped. I did just that and a week later my account is still not credited. Takealot agents do not read requests . I specifically mentioned the items are not in my possession but they still send someone to come collect at my house . I am soooo disappointed
