Highly disappointed

Highly disappointed with the services the Takealot call centre agents are giving.l have been trying to apply to sell my goods on takealot since last month and one person just seats on a computer to auto reject my application without a fair reason.Tried calling them several times,the way their call centre agents answer the calls as if they are sleeping or you hear tv,radio,kids in the background making noise.The agents sound so irritated and not willing to assist,my 2 friends and l have been going through this applying and rejection.Calling them but the call centre customer services is the worst.Someone somewhere is not doing their job ,rather sleeping on it.
