Highly disappointed!!!

I have had the worst experience with takealot for the past few days. Yesterday I did an order of which payment went through, even provided a statement as proof and nothing has been concluded and order not completed and my money I assume just hanging in the air somewhere. This morning I did another order, paid the same day delivery fee, only to later in the day be updated for next day delivery, would I actually pay extra for same day delivery if I could just go for standard delivery? Called in and was just told same day delivery fee will be credited to my takealot account, no apology even from the consultant for any inconvenience it might have caused. That’s not all, last week I did an order for neck chains for my dogs, only to find it being key holders when the order arrived. I’ve really been enjoying the convenience of shopping at takealot but that trust is slowly being ruined!
