Highly ********* business practices

I placed two orders this week - one in my personal capacity and one in my business' name. The order for my personal account consisted of multiple items and I used a discount coupon. One item was cancelled 2 days later by Takealot and I was refunded the price of the item with the whole order's discount amount subtracted from it, not the percentage amount of that one item relative to the whole order's amount. Also, I was not given the dicount coupon back.

My order in my business' account consisted of one product at a price of R773 which I purchased at "1 item left" in stock. After placing and paying for my order, I checked the listing again and it showed 6 in stock at a price of R866 sold by the same third party seller on Takealot as my order's. A day later my order was cancelled sighting no stock availability, yet the same listing still had 6 in stock at R866 from the same third party seller.

Highly ********* business practices. Keep up with it Takealot, Amazon and Temu are going to eat your lunch.
