High Handed Takealot

I placed an order on 04 March 2026 for foundation and a JBL wireless headphone. The delivery date was 27 March 2026. On the 25 March 2026 I received a message that my order was being delivered and that the headphones have been cancelled. I checked their website and the headphones were available but for a higher price. I sent an email addressing this and have had no response. There is no avenue to speak to anyone either. This behaviour to force you to pay a higher price for an item when you purchased and paid for it at a discounted price is unfair practice and must be rectified. I insist on having my headset as I paid for it in good faith.
