Hiding behind emails

Every time I want to make a purchase on Takealot, their system doesn't accept my card and I have to do an EFT. I go to their offices in Montague Gardens to fix the problem and they promise me it's fixed. Meanwhile, they didn't do jack. There is no way of contacting them directly except via email, and then they take 12 hours before they respond! What a joke. If you want to be in customer service, make yourself available for customers to reach you and talk to someone that can help them.
