Here we go again Takealot dissapointing

I placed an order for my wife's birthday a Apple watch her birthday is the 10th of April. When I placed the order it said delivery by the 8th hence me ordered from them. On the 7th got an sms saying order scheduled for delivery today. As usual they did not pitch I waited until the 8th seeing that it was the scheduled date. On the 8th at about 16:00 I started to get nervous, phoned and asked about my order Nancy said the shipment was high jacked and I will only get it on the 14th I explained to her it is my wife's birthday the 10th they need to make an exception. She said Lee the team leader will phone me back shortly he never did. She also said seeing that I am based in Hartbee****rt they do not deliver there over weekends, I said to her this is my wife's birthday on Sunday I have spend 100 of thousands with takealot and that still did not help!!!!!! Now on Saturday morning I do not know what is going to happen. So sick of takealot must start a Facebook page to boycott them!!!
