Help! Takealot is playing with us

I should read have the reviews before I placed my order. I would not have bought from take alot. I received better service recently from other online shopping. This will be the third week I am waiting for my order. I called helpdesk 4 times in the last 3 days, to follow up on my order. They have no shame to say they are escalating the matter and they will get back to me. But they dont even know when to expect feedback. Really.

How is that even possible. How do I escalate the company-takealot.com My last call was to cancel my order. Still, they need to find out if the order can be cancelled. But the agent is not sure if we will ever get feedback.
