HELP HELLOPETER - PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered and paid for 2x Paw Patrol beds and 1x Samsung 55' Curved LED TV on 22 November 2017. The initial delivery date was 1 December 2017. The order was not delivered and I queried this the following week. On Wednesday 6 December 2017 my order was delivered, but I was out of town. On 9 December 2017, the first time back at the office, I realized that only the 2 beds were delivered. I checked my CCTV cameras and clearly saw that the courier service only offloaded the 2x beds. On 9 December 2017 I reported this to Takealot and a consultant rep**** that she would look into the matter and give me an update. On 12 December 2017 I again sent an inquiry, with no response. On 13 December 2017 I sent a third inquiry to their facebook messenger, and I again I received a message that it would be escalated and they will give me feedback as soon as they know what is going on. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been patient for long enough and need confirmation of when my TV will be delivered.
