HELL - if you try to return on takealot

I purchase lots of items on Takealot monthly. They are effective , well priced and the delivery are very speedy. BIG however - They are TOTAL HELL when you try and return an item. I purchased a Giotech headset and controller on the 24 Aug and the L2 button broke . I returned the item on 14 Oct. They won't exchange it because they say it wear and tear. I have owned multiple controllers and all broke only once the item was out of guarantee / warrantee. These items usually last anything between 8 months and a year - guarantee dependent .This Giotech controller lasted just over a month. I returned it to takealot and had to call them multiple times and the items to date have not been returned. I am very unhappy with takealot and will not be purchasing from them in the future.
