Height of Incompetence

I purchased a Multifunctional Wooden Baby Walker Toy and collected it on 07 July 23. I returned it as it was not as advertised. The red handles were missing. I returned the purchase on 18 July 23 and requested a replacement with the red handles as initially purchased and paid for as advertised. I received a mail informing me the replacement was ready for collection. i collected the purchase and immediately opened it in the store to ensure it was correct replacement. To my disgust once again there was no red handles. I immediately returned it and requested my money back.
