You are heartless *******s, after making arrangements with you and you promising to have the parcel at my premises the day before my little ones birthday, you dont show up, you made me sit at home the whole day, so I couldnt go and get him a gift nor could I collect his birthday cake, because the lady had already left.

You should be ashamed of your selves, you tell people that something is going to be there and you let them down.
