Head Phones

Take A Lot started as a Company that was efficient and cared about its Consumers. Its a pity that it lost its way and it has adopted a Value of "Pass the Buck" I received a gift of a Head Phones (VOLKEN) in December. By June the promises they made about the battery life was not true. The phone Head Phones was returned but they could not replace it. The Reason being "THE PRICE WENT UP" What a ridiculous excuse. Take A Lot did not even challenge this. I also noticed numerous complaints about Take A Lot. I will be very reluctant to purchase anything from them in Future. Hope that MAKRO and the Likes will give them a challenge in Future, I would also warn Consumers to be careful of purchasing VOLKEN Products.
