Haven't received my delivery

I was supposed to receive my delivery 2 days ago and no one has arrived. What makes me upset is that according to the app the delivery arrived and I wasn't home to receive it but I have taken 2 days off from work to make sure I am home to receive the delivery and no one arrived I have contacted take alot 3 times now to ask where the delivery is and every time they assure me it will be delivered and yet I'm still waiting I'm so disappointed with takealots service I will never use them again and advise anyone else to do the same .
