Hassel free returns !!!! An absolute lie!!!!!!!! Dont waste your time

I have been trying to return a bed I bought for the last week.

Takealot consultants are a bunch of drones who follow a script.

Absolutely no help what so ever from them despite arranging collection of the bed I bough on the 1st the company did not come and I have making calls every few hours to get updates because no one at takealot gives two S**ts to help a customer. Service is beyond disgusting and I wont waste my time buying from them again

To date no resolution nor help from customer services nor the returns department.
