Hard to complain about the customer service when there is none.

Terrible terrible customer service. I have been messed around constantly with my order and when I requested a cancellation and a refund I was told that I would need to wait for the order to be shipped before I can cancel it and request a refund. THAT IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS. I look forward to the day you have to close your doors. Disgusting.
