Hard substance in takealot protein

So I bought a usn protein tub online through Takealot.when I got through half the tub I noticed a hard substance in my protein.i have no idea what it is but I thank my lucky stars that u never swallowed during my scoop.i am not sure if you guys are trying to kill people buy this is unacceptable !!! What the hell guys
