Harassment and locked up in shop

I am deeply troubled by the way your bloemfontein universitas branch staff adress customers. After consulting with my husband i decided to press charges against the bloemfontein branch and would like to inform you that i am officially laying a charge at saps right this moment against you and said employee for not seeing to the safety of your customers , they locked me up inside their shop after a staff member tried to grab my phone out of my hand, all while my children in the car outside witnessed and they refused to open the gate to let me out. As i was holding my hand outside the gate he was still reaching trying to rip my phone out of my hand and delete his photo. I asked for his name to complain to head office since he was very rude and his behavior unacceptable and he refused to give me his name, so i took a picture of this disgusting man who then stormed me with intent of taking my phone and when he couldn't succeed in doing so they locked me inside the shop. I have never been so poorly treated by any business in my life and will not rest until something is done with regards to the way this man handles your customers, and might i say your company name is being poorly represented by that man, I have been using takealot for years, and wont advise anyone in bloemfontein to use them as you might just get haradsed and locked up inside their shop. It is not the first complain against him and yet he continues to work there with the same rude manner. My children are traumatized witnessing me not being able to get out of the shop while this guy is behind me shouting. I called the customer care prior to collecting and they assured me that they do allow collection at the hub, even if it is scheduled for the next day. I made sure about this specifically because i was refused my parcel a previous time and they assured me that i can collect it. This branch however has their own little print out, with no take alot letter head or signature that says you can't, and this rude man told me that he doesn't care what head office says, THEY have a sign that says something else. Straight out too lazy to look for a parcel and no regard for their customers. I am meeting with a local newspaper tomorrow to share my horrific experience with them in the hopes that someone can remove that guy from ever working with people again.
