Harassed by Takealot driver

I ordered a parcel on Wednesday on Takealot but later realised that it was on sale at the store so I cancelled my order. I got an email confirming that I should cancel the order once it’s been dispatched or tell the driver when he tries to deliver the next day. So I tried to cancel it again the next day but the driver still came through and I told him my order cancelled(Thursday). On Friday morning I got a call from a driver telling me he was outside I the. Told my was cancelled. He was so rude and told me not to ever order again because I don’t have money when I asked him to repeat what he said he threatened me. I’m a regular user of Takealot but after today I won’t comfortable ordering because the same driver might deliver and who knows what he’s capable of. I’m so disturbed and disappointed with the service it was really disgusting.
