Happy with Takealot.com

I am very happy with the support I received by a gentleman Chad Daniels at Takealot.com. I was waiting for a refund that was apparently paid, after many weeks of trying to get an account for this "outstanding" refund, I spoke to this very helpful gentleman today and it is sorted out, my bank had not sent a notification that the refund was indeed paid by Takealot.com
