Happy to stop using take alot after this

I’m not impressed with take alot my last purchase was some alcohol and snacks for R2500 . I had three items missing a bottle of Hennessy VSOP, a bottle of barcardi and Pringles instead I was given a cheap Samsung silicone phone cover I didn’t buy. I would like my items I don’t know why they are placed as return items on my account . I don’t know how on earth I return items I bought but never received . I might as well have gone to the shops had I known it would take days like this to get the things I paid for
