Happy to serve = Happy customer

I rushed into the Pick-Up Point in Plumstead yesterday (22 Dec) and was greeted so politely by this friendly lady at the frontdesk. I neglected to get her name, but her pleasant and professional service was so unexpected, given the time of year when everyone is rushing and the time of day - although she did inform me that they only close at 8pm.

I would definitely use this option and Collection Point again - Thx
