Happy Takealot Customer

Hi, I wanted to return a product that wasn't to my satisfaction. I logged a return, but didn't drop it off intime & the status became "Return Completed" I tried to get help at 2 drop-off points, where the managers couldn't assist, and sent a few emails on the TA site, with no success. I tried calling but the call didn't even connect. Then I found *** on the TA site and emailed. Within a day I had a reply from Somali.G, I was assisted very efficiently and today my return was collected by the super friendly Thokozani. I'm so chuffed with Takealot. Thank you Somali, your a star !
