Received great communication from Takealot, and excellent service. They keep their clients up to date with the whereabouts and status of orders, and have been quick to respond to queries. I like that they warn you about the delivery date beforehand, as sometimes they need to order a product in, which takes time. This avoids frustration and disappointment. Good job Takealot :)
