HAPPY CUSTOMER

My personal experience with takealot has been good. Yes, I did receive one item that was not right like it's parts didn't fit well. I had it returned and I was credited or did I have them pay back the money in my account? Don't remember. Anyways this morning I was called and I was asleep. I worked night shift and I didn't hear the phone ring of the delivery guy luckily when their office called I felt the vibration that woke me up. I could driver wasn't happy but unfortunately it's One of those days :( I'm glad in their sms there's an option to reschedule the delivery cause the date they scheduled my delivery I knew I wasn't going to be home. So this is just a POSITIVE REVIEW SAYING THANK YOU TAKEALOT!!! I understand it's extremely hard pleasing everyone. The Demand is Soo great and some people are not patient and they run to come and comment with a bad review. I hope you will work on your weaknesses and hopefully you will hire staff that will go the extra mile.
