Happiness all round

Have shopped with takealot for sometime now and been happy with the service, but what stood out for me was when I made a purchase for a fitness band and it was damaged on arrival , it took them 3 days to come make the collection and through out the whole process of collecting it and it arriving at thier warehouse and the return/damage department inspection of the product I was kept in the loop , and even when they refunded the money back into my account it was said it will take about 24 hours for the funds to be available but it actually was earlier than that.. will continue shopping with them as they are very reliable even more reliable than most of traditional retails we know. Am happy with takealot service
