Handing over other people's orders to strangers

I’m very disappointed with Takealot’s delivery communication. My washing machine was scheduled for delivery on Monday the 24th, but it was delivered today without any prior call or notice. I’m currently away on holiday, and one of my tenants had to accept the delivery on my behalf — something I was absolutely not comfortable with. I expected clear communication and respect for the scheduled date. Now my machine is sitting in someone else’s place, and I’m not happy about that at all.
