Handheld blender attachment could not be replaced, lost in warehouse

I bought a handheld blender a few months ago. It worked well, but then the black attachment for the frother and wish broke (a loose metal rod inside went loose). With TakeAlot you have to return the whole thing for them to replace anything. To my surprise they said they could not replace it, the item is not available anymore but on the site, it shows it is available from the same seller with a 3-5 wait but seeing as the price MULTIPLED BY 5 TIMES I was shocked. I immediately recieved a email saying said they credited my account. So frustrating. I then asked if I could have it back and I would buy a frother and wisk separately. Sorry Warehouse "This item could not be located as this item is no longer at the warehouse. We have updated and credited your account." Great now I have to spend more money to get less. Keep in mind that there was nothing with the blender itself, just the small attachment. So I am not surprised that this item that is fully working cannot be "found in the warehouse"

I am disappointed the attachment broke, but I am mostly unhappy with TakeAlot.
