Hamuza is is the worst delivery guy ever

This guy Hamuza is is the worst delivery guy ever..... so I received a message that said my order will be there between 8:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the evening at my workplace so I've waited the whole day for my order, and then I received a message 5 minutes before 5 that no one was there to collect the order I was sitting there the whole day waiting for my order and no one arrived, then I received another message that said my order was delayed I need to schedule I got in my car drove home as soon as I got home this guy phoned me on WhatsApp and told me he's with the security Guy at my workplace so I told him please leave my order at the security guard I will come and collect it so I went back to work and the security guard said no there was no one here from takealot. This Hamusa is so rude and when I tried to phone him back he didn't answer me and he blocked me on WhatsApp.😡😡😡
