Half a delivery

<p>Hi</p> <p>I have a problem with ypur service,soooo I order a 100g nescafe gold barista 12 tins of boss dog food and a 25kg of montagu dogfood, supposed to be delivered before Sunday 11th December 2016 but waa delivered 10th (yayy me) while my sister was home so she took the package ( not knowing what all I ordered). When I get I see( oh wow) the package has been delivered, thats when I see somethings missing and its a huge something n I ask my sister :wheres the montagu dog food she says thats the box with the boss dog food and nescafe is all they delivered so I called your call centre and spoke to a lady (not sure what her name is cause my query was resloved,or so I thought) I told her something missing from my order delivered today ( without me saying what it is) she asked me if its the montagu dog food I said, yes. She says to me dont worry it will be delivered by that Monday. I waited and nothing, so I call again on the Monday and asked what has happend to my Montagu dog food. The lady Nasiebah tells me as far as she can see its been delivered and will escalate it.after escalating the query she gets back to me and tells me it shows as delivered to Tasneem(my sister) so I explain to her that the montagu dogfood was not delivered,that was last week Friday I have not since heard back from her.</p>
