Hacked account and bad service & products

My account was hacked immediately after I bought the worst product and I haven't been able to log in for 2 weeks. I have credit in my account and Now I'm receiving emails to review products I didn't even purchase.

I can't even return the worst product I bought. My account has been locked out for 2 weeks. The call Centre service is bad. There fact they can't reactivate my account shows that people details are not safe. They loose immediate control if hackers get access to customers profile.

I'm now stuck with a product I don't want and credit I want withdraw because I won't ever use it to buy a thing from takealot. If you want peace of mind, don't buy from takealot.
