Guitar for Birthday .... after weeks just cancelled

<p>Good day</p> <p>I buy from Takealot alot ... I mean a lot. Then my 9 year old want a guitar for his birthday on the 26th of March so we order it from Takealot. The delivery date was suppose to be the 2nd of April. So everyday from the 2nd he is asking "Is my guitar coming today". After numerous emails (some they didn't even answer) and telephone calls they delivered the order without the guitar. And then on the 7th after my husband were very difficult with them they just cancelled the guitar. I am so disappointed in their service and what must I tell my child now????</p>
