Guaranteed Weekend Delivery.... No Delivery!

<p>I placed my order and when cashing I was provided with the option to have the items delivered the Saturday, guaranteed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I thought great cant wait for this items to arrive. I stayed at home the entire Saturday as I received a message your order will be delivered by 5pm on Saturday 26/11/2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Late afternoon (about 15:20 )I received an email saying that MR D has been trying to get hold of me. I received no calls or messages.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 17:22 I received a call advising that my order will not arrive today it needs to be sent to a different branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wasted an entire day waiting for my Items to arrive. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have since cancelled one order and I am about to cancel the other one.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service has been very poor.</p> <p> </p> <p>I used to purchase tons of things from takealot, but the service has just become bad.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont feel I would like to do business with takealot anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Khalahari.net was excellent!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
