Guaranteed Same Day not deliverved after 2 days!
After paying extra for guaranteed same day delivery on 15 October 2015, and after numerous calls to follow up and reschedule delivery, I am informed that it can only be delivered on 17 October 2015. Cancelling the order results in no joy as well, as all I get is a credit on takealot and not a refund!<br> <br> This is extremely frustrating, and never want to deal with this pathetic company ever again!

We're sorry for not delivering your parcel to you as per your same day request and for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our system requires us to first credit your takealot account after which these credits can be converted into your bank refund. As discussed with our social media team already a request has been made to our finance team to action the refund for you. They were unfortunately not able to contact you on the number provided to confirm this in person as well.
We'll follow up with our finance team on Monday to confirm that the request has been actioned. We'll also look into the missed same day delivery so that it can be addressed accordingly with the relevant department.
