"GUARANTEED" same-day delivery - 3rd time not happening.

I placed yet another order at takealot.com, and paid R120 for their "guaranteed same-day delivery". This was around 9:30am. The order was not delivered today. How can they offer "GUARANTEED" same-day delivey - and the GUARANTEE does not get honored? This is the third time this happens. I am also having a hard time getting an email address to complain at takealot, and demand my shipping costs reversed. info@takealot no longer accepts mail, and everything points you to the 'help' and 'faq' pages.
