GUARANTEED Express - Guaranteed misrepresentation

I placed an order last night for express delivery as I have builders on site requiring the item. I indicated I need it today, and paid for that privilege.

Item is now "Lost in Transit". That is BS as I paid for express delivery, and the delivery method on app indicates "GUARANTEED Express".

So where is the guarantee, Takealot?

Pathetic service of late from Takealot and Mr Delivery.

Think this needs to be sent to the Ombudsman, as you have GUARANTEED delivery...
