Guaranteed delivery was meant to happen on the 17th of Dec 2015. Driver did not bother to call and ask for directions. My daughter waited 8-8pm for her camera ( guaranteed delivery). Called takealot & enquired. Told driver didnt call (thanks for that). Asked for drivers number. Request denied. No choice but settle for another day waiting on parcel, did not arrive again. I type same address into google, exact location.is shown. Placed another order / snooker ***** / marked for collection / phoned to ask if I could pickup awry order / same time. Was told camera out of stock / not possible to collect / Went to website / added another \out of stock"camera to cart. Day 4 / waiting for \""guaranteed\"" delivery. Order tracker shows no re-dispatch as promised. No calls or effort to get child's camera delivered. Already paid money / refund wont reach me in time to buy another gift in time for xmas. thanksalot!"""
