Gross Misrepresentation on Black Friday

<p>I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A5 on black Friday. It was marked down from R6000 to R3499. R6000 is the normal price for a 2016 model of the phone almost everywhere and so I thought the phone would be a 2016 model. However i received the 2015 model and have called Takealot for an exchange. The assistant told me that they could not exchange the product for me, but could only refund me. I mean seriously!! I could have gotten the same deal for that amount elsewhere on Black Friday. That's clearly *****! They were trying to clear their 2015 stock but at the price of the 2016 stock! i feel ****** of my money and an opportunity to have bought the same phone somewhere else on Black Friday. *****!! GROSS MISREPRESANTATION!!</p>
