Grocery delivery taking weeks to be delivered

I ordered groceries from Takealot and they keep extending the delivery date because of a six pack of Colgate I have no food and can’t feed my children because of their supplies This is not like electronics that I ordered, it’s food and expected a sense of urgency from such a big company
