Grimy Swan Oven

I was utterly shocked when I decided to take a sneak peak of the Swan 28litre compact oven because it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I wanted to see what it looks like before I courier it to another province. I’m glad I did because I would’ve blamed the courier services. The right-hand side plate is clearly scorched with rust. The door handle has grime on the left-hand side and there is a huge dent on the right side of the item. The inside of the box has what looks like spilled oil. I’m really baffled. I took photos to show look at in case I was exaggerating. I’m really shocked, inconvenienced and this is such a huge inconvenience.
