Greetings Hellopeter. I am experiancing a serious problem with the Online shopping platform. When I try to make a payment you tap on payment but nothing happens. I have spoken to Neo and he has gotten back to me but the problem is not resolved. I do a lot of Online shopping as I am disabled and I find the support and Takealot incomptant,unprofessional and ********* on every level. Kind regards. Miss S. Williams
