After calling numerous times to track an order no one bothered to check what's keeping my other item on hold.<br> Lelethu went beyond,she tracked my other item,was honest that I will not receive it by weekend cause it's been shipped from a different city.<br> Explained how she could help by looking for an alternative item.<br> Cancelled the item and credited my account and we placed the new order.<br> Extremely happy.<br> Takealot needs people like her. Wow!<br> 100% satisfied Customer
