I want to thank Takealot for their prompt response with regards to my defective item I bought. I requested an exchange on the item I bought and within a day someone collected the item, no questions asked and takealot credited my account with the value of my item as the supplier no longer had the item in stock. I honestly did not expect such prompt service. Takealot really surprised me. Very helpful friendly service. I will obviously use their services above any other online service again as I feel totally safe buying from them.Their deliveries are always prompt and they really take care of their customers by going the extra mile. In a country such as South Africa it really is hard to find companies that take pride in what they deliver to the public therefore once I've found a company such as this, I tend to stay with them.
