Great up until you have to return something

Takealot might be great for convenience when purchasing goods however the moment you need to return something you have to take a day or two off because their collection service is useless.

I was informed that I would have my item collected by 12:00, only to be called 5 minutes before 12"00 to be told the guy is running late, which is fine, I was then told they would arrive between 2pm and 4pm. Guess what, no one rocked up nor did they have the courtesy of letting me know.

I will never again purchase from Takealot because I know I will be messed around if I ever need to return an item.

Tried calling the number they provided, only to sit waiting and waiting that I had to just end the call.

Terrible after sales service
