Great service from Takealot

I ordered 2 identical oximeters from Takealot on 29 January. They were delivered to my KZN country address on Tuesday 2 February. One oximeter was faulty. I had the replacement by Friday 5 February! Impressive service and hats off to all concerned. I wish that some of the other online retailers could learn a few lessons from Takealot.
