Great service from Luke Cloete

Recently i have had some problems when dealing with customer service at [URL Removed] and struggled for some time to get answers and my refund approved. After two weeks of difficulty and dealing with the complaints department, nothing changed, finally i stubbled upon Luke Cloete and within a few minutes everything was arranged and sorted. I would like to thank you for your outstanding service Luke and hope all those working at [URL Removed] are able to follow your example.
