They sent me emails to update me on the progress of my purchased item throughout the entire time since ive purchase the item. I made the purchase the sunday late evening and they said it will be delivered the Thursday, to my surprise they sent me an sms the Monday late afternoon to say that it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
