great service ever...!
Just to better your business, I think the people who does deliveries for you must call us when they come to deliver just to make sure we are there! I know we must make an arrangement to be called on delivery dates but there is no option to do that on the TAKEALOT application.<br> <br> Otherwise, you are the best by far! It's just the delivery issues only...

Thank you for your suggestion and feedback. We currently communicate with customers via SMS to inform them about their delivery time and date. Should we not be able to reach you via SMS we'll send you an e-mail with the relevant information. If you have a special delivery requirement you are more than welcome to e-mail or call us and we'll gladly try to accommodate your request as best possible.
