Great service!

I bought a nice chair for my son from Takealot on 13 Feb which was delivered as prmised on 18 Feb. We put it together on the 20th but after trying it out he said it was not comfortable enough for him to sit in it most of the day. We logged a request for them to collect the chair and do a refund, and they came to collect on Monday the 22nd. It was fantastic service, and although I am still waiting for the refund, I think Takealot did a great service and I will use them again.
