great service!!

I've ordered from them quite a few times before. And every time it has been great service. I placed an order again 2 days ago and this morning received an email telling me that my parcel was lost in transit, but only 10 minutes later another mail came through telling me they did still have that product in stock and would sip it as soon as possible. Great service!!
